P.A.T. Manufactures State of the Art Circuit Card Assemblies for L3Harris BRU-78 Dual Carriage Bomb Rack Systems.

Precision Assembly Technologies, an AS9100 certified World Class Electronic  Manufacturing company, successfully produces Circuit Card Assemblies, used in Dual Carriage Bomb Racks for L3Harris. These Dual Carriage Racks have just completed and passed qualification flight testing on the MQ-9 Reaper Drone. P.A.T. produced the  I/O interface,  Microprocessor, and the Power Supply Circuit Card Assemblies. These Circuit Cards were used successfully in all qualification testing and flight testing on the MQ-9 Reaper Drone. P.A.T. provides Full Procurement, SMT Assembly, 3D X-ray, AOI Inspection, Flying Probe, conformal coating, and Full Functional Testing,  all within its modern facility in Bohemia N.Y.
