P.A.T. will not be responsible for any fees arising from the use of resumes submitted from any third-party agencies without a prior formal written and signed agreement in place and a formal communication on the position that we wish to get third-party assistance. Only the Director of Human resources or higher may enter into any such agreement on behalf of P.A.T. After an agreement has been established resumes should only send through the Human Resources Department. P.A.T. is not responsible for any fee if resumes are sent (1) prior to entry by P.A.T. into a formal written and signed agreement and/or (2) to any other P.A.T. employee and not through the Human Resources department.
