May 6th, 2021, marked the longest ever weapon release from the MQ-9 Reaper Drone. The MQ-9 Reaper (sometimes called Predator-B) is an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) capable of remotely controlled or autonomous flight operations, developed by General Atomics Aeronautical Systems. After a four-year development and integration of the L3Harris Dual Carriage System (BRU-78) with the electronics circuit car assembly (Microprocessor Assembly, I/O Board, and A/C Switch) built by Precision Assembly Technologies (P.A.T.). This marks the first-ever implementation of UAI on an unmanned platform!
Congratulations to L3Harris, Precision Assembly Technologies, General Atomics, and of course the Military Veteran and Service Members!
